Hello! I have 10 dka agricultural land and would like to build a residential farmhouse on it. By the above law, is 10 dka restricted to 35 sqm building surface or can I get building permission for a larger (70sqm) farmhouse? It seems to me this law allows for more than one interpretation and would like to ask you, if possible, to help me clarify that. Thank you for your time! Best, Mari

Hello Mari, if the land is up to 10 decare you are allowed to build 35 sq. m. on it. If it more than 10 decare, then you can build more than this. Please write what is the size of your plot and if possible send us the plan so we can think of the best solution.
