The Municipal Council in Burgas approved the final project of the plan for regulation and building for “Kraimorie” residential district under the provisions of art. 16 of the spatial development act. No changes regarding the character of construction, building perimeters and the use of the properties will be allowed within 5 years’ time after the plan is approved. The interested parties may appeal to the Burgas administrative court 14 days after the 30 April 2009.
