According to the Minister of State Administration Nikolay Vasilev, Varna’s administration system is the most advanced one in Bulgaria. The city mayor Kiril Yordanov, signed a contract worth 2 152 000 BGN with the Ministry under the “Administrative Capacity " program with duration of 18 months. It introduces an integrated system for administrative services which will be established; a new web site of the municipality available for people with visual disabilities. Minister Vasilev said that the mayor has reached an agreement on the placement of flagpoles with the Bulgarian and EU flags at the monument of the Bulgarian-Soviet friendship. The pylons will be 51 meters high.
