Sevlievo Municipality won 58 144 leva in the project "First afforestation of non-agricultural land" under the Programme for Rural Development 2007-2013, supported by the European Fund for Rural Development. The project proposal intended 28,000 pine seedlings to be planted on 80 decare of municipal property in the village of Kramolin and 400 poplar trees to be planted on nearly 10 decares in the village of Sennik. The deadline for implementation of the project is 18 months from the date of signing the contract.
