Complex Varna One is situated on 74000 sq. m. terrain on “Vladislav Varnenchik” Boulevard. It will constitute of residential, office and commercial buildings with total built-up area of 250000 sq. m. without the ground floors. The grassing area will be used for playgrounds, alleys, lake, ice-skating rink. The complex will provide modern design, high quality of the construction, security, garages, parking spaces, fire security system and other facilities. There will be sports and recreation center, kindergarten, shopping center and restaurants. The first phase of the construction will commence in April-May this year and will be completed within two years. Phase 2 will begin in the beginning of 2010 and this is when the trade and business zones will be constructed. According to the project a “power” trade center with premises of 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000 sq. m. will be built.
