Sofia Residents May Report Problems Online.
Sofia.urbanotopia.eu site was developed by Bulgarian and Croatian experts. At the end of 2010 BlueLink Foundation together with its partners ZaMirNet from Zagreb (Croatia) started the project "Information Technology for European citizens at a local community - to harness a global network of local action," funded by "Europe for Citizens" the European Union and with funding from the Foundation "Charles Stewart Mott" provided under the "place to live 2011" of the "Environmental Partnership".
The online platform allows people to report problem with waste or broken and damaged infrastructure in Sofia.
Sofia Inspectorate is obliged to accept electronic proposals and reports and to provide feedback to BlueLink on the steps taken to solve the them. Possible signals must be accompanied by photos before and after solving the problem that is published in sofia.urbanotopia.eu.
If electronic signals are not the responsibility of the inspectorate, the institution shall forward them to the competent authorities within seven days. Additionally Sofia residents may call the 24-hour landline 02/987-55-55 to report a disorder with broken shafts, sidewalks, litter from construction sites, parking on grass areas and other problems.

I live on Ulica Midjur, I see regularly people throwing plastic, metal and clothes in the household waste containers (ecobulpak containers only 25 meters from there !!).
Can you apply some control or some kind of information/sensibilization /penalty threat close to those containers in form of signs/panels ?
Stores around Ploshtad Journalist don't follow the rules either.
